  • The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials they provide, including text, images, and multimedia content, are legally owned and do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
  • The client agrees to review and approve all work completed by the company within a reasonable timeframe.
  1. Warranty and Liability

  • We make no warranties or guarantees about the performance or functionality of the project once it is completed.
  • We are not liable for any damages or losses, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from the client’s use of the project.
  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client’s use of the project.
  1. Confidentiality

  • We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including but not limited to project details and client data.
  • The client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all company information, including but not limited to intellectual property and business practices.
  1. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project at any time for any reason.
  • If the client terminates the project, they are responsible for paying for all work completed up to that point.
  1. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is located.
